Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Operations Engineer – Level 3 located in Manila. The Network Operations Engineer will be responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, performing troubleshooting, managing network security, and ensuring optimal computer network operations. Day-to-day tasks include network administration, problem resolution, and supporting network engineering activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Computer Network Operations and Network Security
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Manila
