Qualifications

  • BS in Accountancy
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Preferably a Certified Internal Auditor and/or MBA holder
  • Minimum 5 years in internal and external audit
  • Experience in SOX documentation and compliance
  • Background in multinational manufacturing companies
  • FCPA compliance implementation experience
  • Proficient in Oracle/SAP and spreadsheets
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Independent, proactive, and trustworthy
  • Able to handle sensitive information with integrity
  • Must be willing to work in Cebu Light Industrial Park, Basak, Lapu-Lapu City

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead internal control reviews and SOX testing.
  • Develop and manage audit plans and reporting systems.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors.
  • Analyze data to identify risks and recommend improvements.
  • Support process improvement initiatives across departments.
  • Assist in FCPA implementation and supplier accreditation reviews.
  • Represent Finance in bidding processes and quality initiatives.
