About the role

As a Supervisor at Good Pastry Café', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling Quezon City cafe. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and seamless functioning of our kitchen and front-of-house teams, while upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service and high-quality pastries.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of our kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations Monitor and maintain quality control standards for all food and beverage items Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement appropriate measures to maintain a safe and clean work environment Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their skills and performance Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement process improvements Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and customer-focused manner

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and coordinate a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing solutions Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices Proficient in inventory management and cost control Passion for the food service industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
