We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Supervisor to join our team in Boracay. The ideal candidate will oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensure smooth daily operations, and provide technical support across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate IT operations, systems, and staff
  • Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of network, hardware, and software systems
  • Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for employees
  • Oversee data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures
  • Manage IT assets, procurement, and maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with management to implement technology improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 3 years of IT work experience, with 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware/software troubleshooting, and security protocols
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Boracay
