Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for market penetration. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using relevant metrics. Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation. Coordinate with external agencies and partners for campaign execution and feedback. Oversee the development of marketing content, including articles, blogs, and newsletters. Organize events and promotional activities to engage with customers directly. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. Support in the planning and execution of product launches and releases. Ensure the company website and social media channels are consistently updated. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required. Minimum of three years of experience in a marketing officer or similar role. Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management and execution. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools, including SEO and PPC. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
