Main Responsibilities Your main key task area of responsibility is to:

Marketing Oversight:

· Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals.

· Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and recommend adjustments.

Sales Process Monitoring:

· Track and analyze sales performance across different channels.

· Ensure all sales processes are followed accurately and efficiently.

· Work closely with the sales team to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.

Operational Support:

· Observe and evaluate operational workflows to identify inefficiencies.

· Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline daily operations.

· Ensure adherence to company procedures and standards.

Strategic Development:

· Research market trends and competitor activities to support strategy planning.

· Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions for business growth.

· Provide input and support for short-term and long-term business goals.

Team Collaboration and Supervision Support:

· Work closely with supervisors to ensure smooth team coordination.

· Provide support and guidance to junior staff or developing supervisors.

· Act as a point of communication between departments for project execution.

Reporting and Analytics:

· Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, sales progress, and operational metrics.

· Use data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights.

· Present findings to upper management as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
