The Accounting Associate provides vital support to the finance department by assisting with daily financial tasks such as recording transactions, processing invoices, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This role is open to fresh graduates with a strong foundation in accounting and is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow in the field and gain hands-on experience in a wide range of accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and monitor day-to-day financial transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform basic reconciliations and maintain financial records
  • Help ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions
  • Support payroll, tax, and other government-related filings when needed
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance or Accounting team
  • Assist with audits, inventory checks, or budget monitoring
  • Ensure all accounting documents are filed and maintained properly
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related course
  • Open to fresh graduates; 1–2 years of relevant experience is a strong advantage
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work well under supervision or independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
