We are looking for a Technical Aftersales Staff to join our team. The role is responsible for providing post-sales technical support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service, accurate troubleshooting, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients after product delivery or installation.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues.
  • Coordinate with technicians for on-site repairs and service requests.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain records of all aftersales activities.
  • Ensure customer concerns are properly addressed and escalated when necessary.
  • Assist in evaluation, and feedback collection from clients.
  • Support replacement request and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electronics, Electrical or related technical course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support, aftersales, or customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in basic electrical or electronic troubleshooting is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
