aftersales supervisor

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology, Automotive Management or any related course
• At least 3 years in aftersales/service operations, workshop management, or parts administration
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role (technicians, service advisors, or parts staff)
• Experience in motorcycle maintenance or dealership operations is an advantage
• Technical certifications in motorcycle servicing or manufacturer training (advantage)
• Knowledge of motorcycle repair, preventive maintenance schedules, and basic diagnostics.
• Familiarity with parts inventory management, ordering, stock control, and warranty processes
• Experience with Dealer Management System, ERP, or service documentation systems.
• For Koronadal City, South Cotabato assignment but will require travel to its branches in Mindanao.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Knowledge of motorcycle repair, workshop operations, and safety standards.
• Understanding of spare parts management, inventory control, and warranty procedures.
• Strong customer service, complaint handling, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to evaluate repair quality and ensure SOP compliance.
• Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing workshop activities.
• Capable of analyzing data and interpreting service KPIs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with DMS/ERP systems.
• Able to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
• Can multitask across service, parts, and customer concerns.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff.
• Identifies operational issues and implements improvements.
• Works collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers.

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
