JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Monitor issuance and stock levels of warehouse materials and finished goods (FG) to support on-time manufacturing and shipment.
• Supervise warehouse staff during material preparation, issuance, receiving, and loading of shipments.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing to confirm availability of FG units for loading and track SKUs scheduled for production.
• Work closely with the Logistics Export Team to ensure documentary requirements for FG shipments are complete and ready for dispatch.
• Communicate with Manufacturing regarding urgent material transfers as needed.
• Coordinate with the Process Engineering Team to align on work instructions for proper loading and box arrangement in containers.
• Check and verify finished goods and material records using ERP/SAP systems.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by the Warehouse Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related four-year course.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or related department.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledgeable in SAP or other warehouse management systems.
• Experience in supervising and managing warehouse personnel.
