Warehouse Foreman

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor stock levels and movements, and implement controls to minimize losses and discrepancies.
• Enforce safety policies through regular inspections and staff training to maintain a safe work environment.
• Apply quality control procedures to ensure accurate, damage-free shipments.
• Maintain updated records of inventory, shipments, and staff performance; provide regular reports to management.
• Resolve operational issues, address conflicts, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, supply chain management, Business Administrations or any related course in Warehouse Operations.
• Must have 2 years of relevant experience handling warehouse operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in warehouse management system is a plus.
