JOD DESCRIPTION:

  • Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality goals.
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and apply control measures to reduce losses and discrepancies.
  • Ensure workplace safety by enforcing health and safety policies, conducting regular inspections, and providing staff training.
  • Implement quality control processes to prevent damage and ensure shipment accuracy, including regular quality checks.
  • Keep accurate records of inventory, shipments, and staff performance; provide regular updates and reports to management.
  • Resolve operational issues, address conflicts, and implement improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field suitable for Warehouse Operations.
  • With 10 years of relevant experience in Warehouse Operations and at least 2 years in Supervisory position.
  • Strong leadership and has team management skills.
  • Can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable in Inventory Management principles and warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and control measures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
