Role Description

The Web Specialist role at Hyve Sports is a full-time hybrid position based in Taguig, with flexibility for some remote work. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining the company's websites to ensure a seamless online user experience. The Web Specialist will analyze website performance using analytics tools, work on front-end and web development tasks, and implement platform enhancements as required. Collaboration with various teams and adherence to branding guidelines will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Web Design and Front-End Development to create and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites
  • Experience in Web Development and working with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to build functional and responsive web pages
  • Strong command of Web Analytics tools for monitoring website performance and implementing data-driven improvements
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles is a plus
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) is advantageous
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential
  • A Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field
