Key Responsibilities

1. First Aid & Emergency Response

  • Provide prompt first aid treatment for injuries, accidents, or emergencies involving Limketkai employees, mall tenants, and customers.
  • Assess, stabilize, and coordinate with paramedics, hospitals, and emergency responders when advanced care is required.
  • Maintain readiness for any medical or safety incidents within the mall.
  • Document all medical cases and submit incident reports.

2. Health Monitoring & Employee Care

  • Conduct routine health checks for Limketkai employees as needed.
  • Monitor employee medical concerns and advise proper health management.
  • Assist in ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

3. Health Programs & Compliance

  • Develop and implement monthly health and wellness programs for Limketkai employees (Health topics, awareness campaigns, preventive programs, etc.).
  • Promote occupational health and safety practices in coordination with the Safety Officer.
  • Assist in government compliance such as DOLE-related health requirements.

4. Medicine & Equipment Management

  • Manage and update the clinic inventory—medical supplies, first aid kits, equipment, and medicines—both at the mall clinic and for company use.
  • Ensure all medical kits in mall areas and offices are complete and updated.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate medical records of all treatments, cases, and health programs.
  • Prepare and submit periodic health reports
  • Keep confidential all employee and patient health information.

6. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with mall tenants, security teams, janitorial teams, and emergency response groups for incident handling.
  • Support HR in medical requirements (PEME, APE, return-to-work evaluations, etc.).
  • Assist in safety drills and emergency preparedness activities.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with active PRC license.
  • Preferably with BLS/First Aid/Basic Life Support certification (Red Cross or equivalent).
  • At least 1 year of experience in clinical or emergency response settings (advantage).
  • Good communication skills and ability to handle emergencies calmly.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Customer-oriented and able to work well with employees, tenants, and mall visitors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
