We are seeking a detail-oriented Drupal Web Content Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize content across multiple corporate websites. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, content strategy knowledge, and collaboration with global stakeholders to ensure our digital content is accurate, accessible, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management

  • Create, edit, and publish content using Drupal CMS across corporate websites.
  • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage metadata, tags, and URL structures for optimal content discoverability.
  • Monitor published content for accuracy, broken links, and expiration dates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across geographical markets to prioritize content needs.

Global Communication & Collaboration

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams across various time zones.
  • Gather requirements from regional teams and adapt content strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams and external agencies to implement content assets.

Documentation & Training

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Drupal workflows and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders.

Web Development & Technical Support

  • Apply fundamental web development knowledge (HTML, CSS) to content tasks.
  • Work with IT and QA teams to troubleshoot technical content issues.
  • Manage content lifecycle, including updates, maintenance, and enhancements.

Project Management Tools

  • Utilize Jira and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
  • Support MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes through Veeva Vault or similar systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in web content management, preferably using Drupal CMS.
  • Proficiency in Drupal (content types, views, taxonomy, workflows).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development concepts.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using content performance tools.
  • Experience working in regulated environments and with MLR review processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
