Programmer-Content Loader

Responsible for supporting media development and content management by coordinating with the Technical/Section Lead, providing user support, ensuring smooth project progress, and contributing to system and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Technical

• Manage and load content using various CMS platforms (e.g., Coremedia, Strapi, Drupal, Wordpress).
• Assess feasibility and requirements for new or modified programs.
• Create structured content-loading plans and documentation (project initiation, effort estimates, updates, testing, user guides, closure).
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions.
• Support knowledge transfer during project turnover.

Customer Service

• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service.

Administrative

• Monitor and track service deliverables, prepare reports, and follow file management standards.

Teamwork & Development

• Assist team members as needed.
• Stay updated on business processes, technologies, and system changes.

Confidentiality & Other Duties

• Keep all information confidential.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Preferably a degree in Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of content loading experience; experience with Coremedia or Strapi is a plus.

Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and quality-checking skills.
• Able to work with difficult users, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively.
• Customer-service oriented.

Work Conditions

• May require shifting schedules, extended hours, or additional workload depending on project demands.
