Senior Engineer – Cloud & Microsoft Environment

BGC, Taguig City | Onsite | Full-Time

Are you an experienced IT professional with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and AWS? We're looking for a Senior Engineer to take ownership of our Microsoft environment, lead escalated support, and mentor our technical team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud solutions while driving impactful IT projects.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize Azure, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
  • Oversee cloud services in Azure and AWS, including incident resolution and documentation
  • Provide escalated technical support and mentor Help Desk Technicians
  • Troubleshoot complex system errors, software applications, and integrations
  • Drive cloud infrastructure projects and ensure SLA/KPI performance

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience managing Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments
  • Microsoft Azure Certifications (required); AWS Certifications (preferred)
  • Strong background in Active Directory, Intune, and cloud architecture
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize effectively, and work independently
  • Must be open to onsite work in BGC, Taguig City and flexible shifts in a 24/7 environment
