Cloud Engineer

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot, configure, and manage Microsoft workstations, Windows/Linux servers, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Design, deploy, and support cloud solutions on AWS and Azure.
  • Manage enterprise networking, security, and disaster recovery systems.
  • Leverage monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, SCCM) to ensure uptime and performance.
  • Automate processes with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for efficiency.
  • Work closely with international teams and deliver excellent client support.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree with solid IT/BPO/Tech Support experience.
  • Background in working with US/AUS/EMEA clients.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts in a 24/7 global environment.
  • Eager to keep learning and adapting to new technologies.
