Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support MIS-related tasks, including data encoding, report preparation, and system monitoring.
- Create and edit marketing collaterals (posters, social media posts, presentations, simple videos) using design tools.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support administrative, marketing, and IT-related requirements.
- Provide technical and creative support for company events and activities.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge and practical use of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
