Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Staff member to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with a strong passion for marketing to gain hands-on experience and grow their career. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

● Typist: Accurately type and transcribe marketing-related documents, meeting minutes, and content drafts.

● Encoder: Encode and input data into various marketing databases and software, ensuring a high level of accuracy and consistency.

● Runner: Assist with on-site administrative tasks, including delivering marketing materials, coordinating with internal departments, and running essential errands.

● Assist in the execution of various marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.

● Conduct basic market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

● Help maintain and update the company website and marketing materials.

● Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.

● Assist in preparing reports on marketing campaign performance.

● Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

● Exceptional typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● A proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new tasks.

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Experience with marketing software (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics)

● Experience with content creation tools or graphic design software.
