Position Title: Marketing Assistant / Marketing Staff (Active Pooling)

Work Location: 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave, Grace Park East, Caloocan City

Overview:

We are building a pool of qualified candidates for the Marketing Assistant / Staff role for upcoming job openings. The selected candidates will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring effective implementation of marketing strategies both online and on-site.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation, organization, and rollout of marketing events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Work with internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate marketing materials and schedules.
  • Prepare and update marketing collaterals such as posters, flyers, and online posts.
  • Assist in managing digital marketing tasks including social media content and basic engagement activities.
  • Conduct simple research and compile marketing performance reports.
  • Track marketing expenses, inventory, and campaign-related documentation.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related discipline.
  • Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing or admin-related work.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication abilities.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to multiple responsibilities.
