The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role manages campaigns across multiple platforms, leads the marketing team, and collaborates closely with Sales, Inquiry, and the Management team to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Management

  • Develop and execute annual, quarterly and calendar activity marketing plans in alignment with company goals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, innovations and customer insights
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns

Campaigns & Brand Management

  • Lead brand development, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
  • Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns, including social media, email, advertising, PR, and events.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the marketing team.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Inquiry, and other departments to ensure marketing strategies are aligned
  • Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and third-party service providers

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Oversee content creation for online platforms, brochures, and internal materials
  • Ensure SEO, SEM, and digital analytics are optimized for performance
  • Manage website content and updates, email marketing platforms, and social media accounts

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Organize product launches, promotional activities, and marketing events
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness and product positioningConduct product knowledge training for internal teams to improve customer-facing interactions and sales effectiveness

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, with 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, digital marketing, and analytics
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva/Photoshop, etc.
  • Experience in the same industry is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
