About the Role

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our growing team at Croissants and Coffee Club Corporation. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a solid foundation in finance and accounting while working in a fast-paced, professional, yet supportive environment.

You'll be working closely with our Finance and Operations teams to keep our books organized, support daily transactions, and help ensure the smooth financial flow of our cafe and commissary operations.

What You'll Do

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable — recording, monitoring, and processing payments accurately.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, ledger entries, and financial record-keeping.
  • Support month-end and year-end closings and help prepare financial reports.
  • Organize and maintain accounting documents and digital files.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the finance team as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of accounting or finance-related experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong attention to detail and a knack for organization.
  • Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is an advantage.
