JOB PURPOSE:

To oversee our production operations and ensure that the production remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employee department, while supporting safety policies and procedures
  • Implement, oversee and control the production schedule
  • Supervise, review and revise crew scheduling, if required
  • Oversee and review time and attendance of staff, as well as vacation approvals
  • Monitor and regulate staffing needs to ensure optimum staffing levels are supporting business demands
  • Analyze production, quality control and budgetary outcome of projects
  • Oversee, monitor and direct coordination and maintenance of equipment, vehicles and warehouse
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
  • Maintain employee confidentiality and performance management by coaching leading, mentoring and motivating employees.
  • Ability to identify measures of performance and actions needed to improve or correct performance, ensuring accuracy and documentation
  • Ability to delegate, set expectations, and monitor progress of all direct reports Assists in preparing and maintaining production reports
  • Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
  • Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
  • Check production output according to specifications
  • Compiles and analyzes production records

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College level or with Industrial Technology Course (TESDA Accredited)
  • With at least one (1) year experience in any construction firm handling production scheduling and monitoring.
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Good analytical skills, has a leadership skills and can do multitasking
  • Good oral and written communications
  • Highly skilled in documentations and developments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
