  • Expected salary: ₱17,000 - ₱19,000 per month


• To ensure that his/her team get out the assigned amount of production, when they are supposed to do it and within acceptable levels of quality, costs and safety.


• To organize his/her department and team, visualize future impacts and needs, energize the team to get their tasks done and supervise their work ensuring that the productivity and quality standards are met.


• To ensure that his her team have training/, tools, and the materials needed to carry out their duties.


• To act as a middleman between employees and management.


• If any of his teammate is not in attendance, Sales Supervisor automatically takes the vacant post to ensure continuity of operations, subject to the same accountability under the post temporarily assumed;


• Ensures sufficiency of stocks in the warehouse since he generates suggested orders to suppliers subject to the approval of his Manager and/or General Manager


• Monitors trade receivables and supervises in the reconciliation of hanging balances, Bad Orders of accounts of the salesmen under his responsibility.


• Conducts regular audit on salesmen as may be required by the management to ensure compliance to company standards.


• Ensures that Bad Orders from accounts of his/her salesmen are properly recorded and returned to the warehouse.


• Ensures that proper turn-over of accountability will be observed from outgoing to the incoming salesman (i.e. company properties, job scope, trade receivables).
