What you will do:

  • Lead the use of business analytics tools to deliver diagnostics, forecasting, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct macro and microeconomic analysis to guide strategic direction.
  • Deliver business reviews and post-diagnostic analysis to measure performance impact.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence dashboards and translate business data into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to identify business opportunities and develop aligned strategies.
  • Work with the Data & Analytics (DNA) team to develop planning and insighting solutions.
  • Manage and execute business strategy projects, and represent Strategy & Insights in cross-functional engagements.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or any related field with specialization in Information Technology.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business strategy, analytics, or data-driven roles, preferably with strong commercial/finance or data science exposure. Also open to fresh graduates with outstanding academic performance and relevant internship or project experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI, and other BI tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
