We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team in the Ortigas, Pasig. If you have a strong background in general accounting, compliance, and team leadership, we encourage you to apply

  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS/PFRS) and regulatory requirements (e.g., BIR, SEC).
  • Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Senior Accountant, preferably with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid knowledge of general accounting principles, tax laws, and BIR reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (mention specific software if applicable, e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
