I. GENERAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist the Company Head in overseeing retail station operations and ensuring compliance with company standards, safety, and government regulations.

· Participate in strategic planning, performance analysis, and implementation of business improvement initiatives.

· Coordinate with department heads to align operations with overall company objectives

· Represent the Company Head in meetings or field visits when delegated.

· Prepare business reports, performance dashboards, and presentations for management review.

· Monitor operational efficiency, sales performance, and fuel inventory management.

· Support the development of marketing programs, promotional campaigns, and customer service improvement plans.

· Identify operational issues, recommend process improvements, and support execution of solutions.

· Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and strong ethical standards in handling sensitive business information.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.

· Experience: At least 2–4 years of experience in business operations, retail management, logistics, or petroleum-related roles is an advantage.

· Strong leadership potential and analytical thinking.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.

· Knowledge of retail operations, logistics, or petroleum distribution is an advantage.

· High sense of initiative, integrity, and adaptability.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
