This includes assisting customers with inquiries, quotes, and ensuring a positive overall experience. Market analysis : Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and new sales opportunities. Training and development : Actively participate in all training programs, workshops, and team meetings to enhance professional knowledge and management skills. Administrative assistance : Provide administrative support to managers by preparing reports, analyzing sales data, and keeping track of business revenue. Strategic planning : Contribute ideas and support the management team with strategic planning and the implementation of new policies and procedures. Product knowledge : Acquire a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively promote them to potential customers. Qualifications and skills Education : A bachelor's degree in a business‑related field, such as business administration, marketing, or management; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Communication skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for client and team interactions. Analytical and problem‑solving skills : The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business recommendations.
