We are looking for a Digital Optimisation Specialist/SEO Specialist to take ownership of our website optimisation retainers — driving performance, SEO, AEO, analytics, and growth for our clients' Webflow websites.

This role sits at the intersection of design, development, marketing, and AI. You'll lead monthly optimization cycles, conduct audits, and provide actionable recommendations that improve traffic, conversions, and long-term ROI. Importantly, you'll leverage AI-powered tools (for content optimisation, analytics insights, and workflow automation) to deliver results faster, smarter, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Website Optimization

• Execute monthly Webflow site optimisation (speed, accessibility, UX enhancements).
• Run A/B tests and experiments using Webflow Optimize or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with Core Web Vitals, WCAG 2.2 accessibility, and best-practice standards.

Data & Analytics

• Own setup and monitoring across GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, Hotjar/Clarity.
• Use AI-assisted analytics tools to surface trends, anomalies, and recommendations.
• Produce monthly dashboards and growth reports that clearly link insights to next steps.

SEO & AEO

• Perform technical SEO audits, implement fixes (schema, redirects, metadata).
• Lead AEO strategies (conversational search optimization, rich results, voice search readiness).
• Collaborate with content strategists to optimize for keywords and topical authority, enhanced by AI SEO platforms(e.g., Clearscope, Surfer, Jasper).

Client Delivery

• Act as the retainer execution lead: implement optimizations, report insights, and keep clients engaged with measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Customer Success to ensure timely, transparent delivery.
• Translate technical findings into business-impact recommendations.

Must-Haves

• 3–5+ years in digital marketing, SEO, or optimization roles.
• Hands-on Webflow CMS experience (comfortable making updates without dev support).
• Strong working knowledge of SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, Semrush).
• Proficiency with analytics & CRO tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Hotjar/Clarity).
• Familiarity with structured data, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, accessibility standards.
• Demonstrated use of AI-powered tools for SEO, analytics, or content optimization.

Nice-to-Haves

• Exposure to paid search and performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Light coding (HTML, CSS, JS) to implement optimizations.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) for reporting and workflow scaling.
• Experience running CRO programs or experimentation roadmaps.
