We are seeking a Human Resource Associate/Officer to join our team at Strong Island Building Services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations by balancing company needs with employee needs, while supporting recruitment and other HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and orientation.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees to address workplace concerns and ensure positive employee relations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Monitor attendance, leave requests, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide general HR support to management and staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling tasks.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
