You'll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative marketing hub supporting impactful work in the fields of behavioral health, social services, and foster care across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write compelling copy for various channels, including websites, email campaigns, recruitment ads, newsletters, and social media.
  • Adapt tone and style to suit different audiences — from prospective job applicants to community partners.
  • Develop SEO-friendly content that enhances visibility and drives engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and supports organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven copywriting experience in marketing, either in corporate, agency, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Exceptional command of U.S. English writing, grammar, and editing.
  • Ability to shift tone and messaging for varied audiences and platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices for web content.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience in hybrid or shared-services settings is a plus.
