Job Description: As a Creative Director within the Public Relations (PR) department, your primary responsibility is to oversee and guide the creative direction of all PR campaigns, ensuring they align with the company's brand image, values, and communication objectives. You will work closely with the PR team, including writers, designers, and strategists, to conceptualize and execute innovative and effective campaigns that capture the attention of target audiences and enhance the company's reputation. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with PR team members to develop comprehensive creative strategies that support PR objectives and overall company goals.

Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitors, leveraging insights to inform creative decisions. Concept Development: Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative campaign concepts and ideas. Translate strategic objectives into compelling visual and written content, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging.

Creative Direction: Provide clear and inspiring creative direction to designers, writers, and other team members, guiding them in the development of engaging content across various channels (e.g., press releases, social media, videos, events). Review and approve creative assets to ensure they meet quality standards, align with brand guidelines, and effectively communicate key messages. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with PR managers, account executives, and other stakeholders to integrate creative elements seamlessly into PR campaigns and initiatives.

Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to execute specialized creative projects. Performance Evaluation: Monitor the performance of creative campaigns, analyzing key metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Provide regular reports and updates to management on the effectiveness of creative strategies and initiatives.

Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PR and creative marketing. Continuously seek out new opportunities for innovation and experimentation in creative approaches to PR storytelling and brand communication. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.

Proven experience (8-10 years) in a creative leadership role, preferably within a PR agency or corporate PR department. Preferably with background in Events Management Strong portfolio showcasing successful PR campaigns and creative projects across various channels. Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of trends in design, storytelling, and brand communication.
