This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing in-house team that supports impactful storytelling and content creation. Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit copy for a variety of platforms, including websites, brochures, flyers, email campaigns, blog posts, internal communications, and social media.
  • Support marketing and recruitment initiatives with persuasive, SEO-friendly content.
  • Collaborate with designers and web developers to align messaging with visuals and functionality.
  • Tailor messaging for diverse audiences, including job seekers, customers, referral partners, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop campaign messaging and contribute creative ideas for brand initiatives.
  • Maintain and apply the brand's tone and voice, while helping to refine it over time.
  • Adapt copy to meet various goals — from informative and supportive to urgent and action-oriented.
  • Edit and revise drafts to ensure clarity, tone consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Ensure all content is relevant, accessible, and appropriate for the target audience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a copywriter or content writer, ideally in a marketing or creative setting.
  • Excellent command of English with strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Experience writing for both B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices for web content.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, WordPress, and SEO plug-ins or platforms.
  • Bonus: Background in healthcare, nonprofit, or other mission-driven industries.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AP Style or other editorial guidelines.
