
Sales Admin and Banquet Assistant

JOB SUMMARY
To supervise all phases of type of banquet functions, coordinate activity on a daily basis. The Sales and Admin and Banquet Assistant should also oversee banquet event and ensure that all service standards departmental policies are followed by banquet staffs. Act as a single point of contact with the banquet host during the function. Prepare reports and update receipts information.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend to all walk in clients, answering phone calls, emails, messages from social media platforms like Facebook.
- Responsible for monitoring daily reservation, follow up clients w/ temporary bookings
- Responsible for accepting payment for reservation, down payment, full payment and sees to it that payment is deposited thru the bank thru PTT assistance.
- Responsible for submission of bank documents in the main office (Villa Leonila – San Pedro
- Responsible for contract signing, request of clients and their needs, setup, decors order of cake and lechon.
- Supervises waiters or kitchen staff during events and sees to it that they are neat and complete in uniform and properly groomed.
- Supervises events and coordination with client's needs during event and sees to it that the client is well satisfied.
- Responsible for overall cleanliness of pavilion and its surroundings, swimming pool and garden area. Reports to the manager all job orders and major repairs (lights, electrical and sound system)
- Submission of monthly report, Inventory of groceries, total sales, total number of events, sees to it that kitchen is maintained and always clean. Reports should be made also to the manager specially those things with urgent needs.
- Sees to it that kitchen is always clean and well maintained then reports to the manager.
- Sees to it that food transferred to buffet table is tasted, well cooked, well prepared and in good quality condition.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Should possess a good communication and keen to correct grammar and spelling.
- Responsible for visiting churches, school and companies etc. for marketing purposes.
- Responsible in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer's needs are met.
- Reports to the manager all problems encountered during events and contract signing.
- Responsible for posting seasonal promos and tarpaulins.
- Speak with clients using clear and professional language and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
