  • Candidates must possess at least in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related course.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in other HR Facet / Administrative tasks, but fresh graduates are open to apply.
  • Has experience in implementing HR activities.
  • Has pleasant disposition and can work well under pressure.
  • Honest, well-mannered, and has high regard for authority.
  • Proficient in MS Applications (Office, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook)
  • Willing to render overtime if needed.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Can adjust to any changes and open to new learnings.
  • Preferably with knowledge and familiarity with Labor laws and Government compliance.
