Job description:

Daily Treasury Operations, including but not limited to the following:

· Processing of disbursements – check / payment preparation and releasing of payments.

· Monitoring of collection and payments; and reconciling and validating reports with the IT reports.

· Encode and monitor end to end transaction from the time the transaction was earmarked up to the point when the payment was debited from the bank account of Sumisho.

General Treasury Support

a) Process all disbursement transaction through check preparation and/or bank disbursement facility.

b) Ensure the accuracy / timeliness of payments to third parties and that payment are made according to the Company's policies.

c) Ensure accurate and timely preparation of reconciliation of payment file versus bank credit.

d) Ensure that all reconciling items are properly accounted and disposed with on time.

e) All inquiries / requests are addressed on time.

f) Act as custodianship of Petty Cash Fund

· Ensure the timely and accurate processing of petty cash transactions.

· Ensure that all reimbursements are processed according to the Company policies.

a) Prepare SIS for bank transactions that are not recorded in our books.

b) Responsible for filing and archiving all treasury documents.

General Treasury Support - Admin

a) Ensure timely preparation and release of checks for the account of both internal and external clients.

b) Monitor and request office supplies for the Treasury Department.

c) Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.
