Join us as a Treasury Staff at STARLIGHT Business Consulting Services, Inc. Responsibilities Deposit cash, manage petty cash funds, and track inflows and outflows. Prepare and release payments to suppliers, contractors, and creditors; monitor post‑dated checks. Reconcile bank deposits and payments, resolving discrepancies in cash transactions. Maintain financial records, registers, logs, and spreadsheets. Prepare and communicate daily banking activity reports and assist with financial statement compilation. Respond to and resolve inquiries from customers or shareholders regarding payments and checks. File treasury‑related documents and provide clerical support to the treasury team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in accounts payable, finance, or accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or NetSuite. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
