Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the company's financial health, driving long-term growth, profitability, and sustainability. This role is responsible for financial planning, risk management, compliance, and overall financial strategy. The CFO will act as a key advisor to the executive team, ensuring sound decision-making supported by accurate financial insights and robust internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards.
  • Lead financial risk management, including investments, capital structure, and funding strategies.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board and executive team.
  • Supervise Finance and Accounting teams, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Oversee internal controls and audit processes to safeguard company assets.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, or business expansions.
  • Represent the company in financial negotiations, partnerships, and high-level meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field (CPA required. MBA or Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in financial planning, corporate finance, and risk management.
  • Proven track record in managing complex budgets and achieving financial targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and MS Office applications.
