Access Healthcare is looking for a highly skilled IT Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in helpdesk support, hardware troubleshooting, infrastructure management, and IT asset management. This role is critical in ensuring seamless IT operations, providing end-user support, and maintaining reliable infrastructure for business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support for end users, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and other hardware devices.

  • Monitor and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, data backup systems, and server uptime.

  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including issuance, tagging, tracking, and retrieval of company-owned equipment.

  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and repair services.

  • Assist in managing user accounts, access controls, and system permissions in compliance with company policies.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up IT accounts and recovering company equipment.

  • Document IT procedures, solutions, and asset movements to ensure process transparency and continuity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT support aligns with operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on IT support experience in a BPO or shared services environment.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, Active Directory, VPN, and hardware diagnostics.

  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and asset management platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL (preferred but not required).
