Role: Associate Analyst (Makati - Philippines)

We're looking for an Associate Analyst to turn data into insights that optimize advertising campaigns. You'll analyze performance, create reports, and collaborate with teams to drive data-informed strategies. Hybrid role with work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Run campaign optimization, data trend analysis, and missing opportunity analysis to identify areas of improvement and growth for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with key members of the Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Business Development teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Drive growth of the organization through analytical and business development projects.
  • Own analytics-related conversations with clients and drive success for the assigned accounts.

Qualifications

  • Strong data analysis, collection & reporting skills
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis & predictive modeling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in SQL (required)
  • Bachelor's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (required)
