Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, products, and collections within the clothing industry.
  • Provide clients with product information and recommendations based on their needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and sales, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Track and manage orders from placement to delivery, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and client preferences.
  • Use market insights to make informed recommendations and improve client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and compliance with company policies.
  • Work with legal and finance teams as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and client feedback.
