Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

Accounting Operations

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, PH Taxation and payroll.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.

• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.

• Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.

• Provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.

Internal Controls

• Develop and maintain a system of internal controls to safeguard assets.

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounting data.

• Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Collaboration

• Work closely with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.

• Communicate financial information to management and stakeholders.,

• Able to explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders and possess an industry expert attitude in providing strategic recommendations.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines

• Adherence to legal regulations, ethical guidelines, and corporate policies in all financial dealings.

• Strong Leadership, Team Management and Client Management Skills

• Staying updated with changing accounting standards, regulations, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant

• At least 1 years of relevant work experience as an Accounting Manager (people management role) in a client servicing industry / organization.

• Expertise in accounting principles, tax laws, auditing standards, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)

• Experience in Big 4 and BPO setting is a plus

• Willing to do hybrid work
