About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Coordinator to join our talented team at Total Staffing Skills Corporation. In this full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources function and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and implementing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records and data management
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Collaborating with managers to identify and address HR-related concerns
  • Organising and participating in HR-related events and training programs
  • Maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professionalism

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR Coordinator or HR Assistant role
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and HR information systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment laws and regulations
