Job Summary:
The Contact Center Coordinator shall be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, emails and text messages from the members and agents of the association in loan assessments. The position is also responsible for the handling of Field Agents of Non Voice Support, Text Blast and outbound calls in a timely manner. They also promote and advise PSSLAI members on the products and services offered by the Association as well as handle all customer loan related inquiries and ensure that the products and services provided by the Association is efficiently delivered to all concerned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receives and handles loan inquiries through online applications
- Makes outbound calls to prospective or existing members to offer loans and other services of the Association
- Efficiently handles loan verification requests from the members through the agents.
- Efficiently handles inquiries received from members and prospective members as a result of Text Blast
- Make outbound calls in support of the Bilis online and website applications
- Supports the special projects that will requires calls to members and protective members of the Association
- Refers assessed loan application directly to Branches, Satellite Offices, Account Representatives and Field Agents.
- Prepares monthly reports on output from acceptance of calls to actual sales generation through conversion
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four year course
- With at least 1-2 years work experience specializing in Marketing, Banking, Financial Services or equivalent
- Self starter and Hardworking
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Must have an excellent sales and market analytical skills
- With good oral & written communication skills
- Diligent, honest, meticulous and organized
- Must have a strong personality and proven leadership skills
