JOB OBJECTIVE

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Analyst supports the development and execution of CRM initiatives: turn data into insights, segments, and dashboards that power lifecycle journeys, data valuation, and actionable next steps leading to conversion and loyalty. The data analyst will support the unified or single customer view (SCV), build RFM/CLTV models, and prove incremental impact of CRM. The CRM Data Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to the end-to-end execution from collection, cleaning, analysis of data, and preparation of insightful reports that support business strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Unified or Single Customer View (SCV)

  • Support the cleaning, governance and consolidation of all commercial data into a single, comprehensive profile to enable personalized marketing, enhance customer experience, and facilitate data-driven decision-making

Segmentation & Models

  • Deliver RFM tiers, category affinities, market basket analysis, geo hotspots, churn/propensity basics, and CLTV. Will be supporting the development of predictive analysis.

Journey & Campaign Analytics

  • Identify and set up communication audience pool and control groups/holdouts, run A/B tests, and compute incremental and conversion.

Dashboards & Reporting

  • Build executive and team views in Power BI for recruitment, segmentation, active rate, conversion rate, repeat purchase, retention, redemption, CLTV, and campaign ROI; produce partner insight packs.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science, or any related field.

Experience / Expertise

  • Ideally 2–4+ years in analytics with a background on either CRM/loyalty, e-commerce, FinTech, or FMCG, but fresh grads are welcome to apply
  • Comfortable in handling commercial data, loyalty and retention analysis, and basics of A/B testing & statistical significance.
  • CLTV modeling, market-basket analysis, geospatial reads, or media audience activation
  • Has experience in turning messy data into clean, decision-ready data sets.
  • Clear communicator who can simplify technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc), Familiarity with CDP and CRM platform: Salesforce or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
