Job Purpose:

The Innovation Delivery Executive supports strategic initiatives focused on innovation within the company's non-core business and delivery sustainable growth for the future. This role ensures projects align with company values and growth objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and business development, for the successful implementation.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Execution and Support
    1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to provide valuable, data-driven insights that inform the organization's innovation efforts. This includes evaluating the market landscape, understanding customer behavior, identifying innovation opportunities, and performing competitive analysis and benchmarking. Contribute to the development of insights for product or service vision and roadmap.
    2. Resource Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective allocation of resources, including tools and technology, that are essential for supporting the innovation delivery process.
    3. Operational Support: Assist in the development of operational plans and workflows for the introduction of new products or services, ensuring it is in place for a smooth and successful launch.
  2. Collaboration and Coordination
    1. Stakeholder Support: Support relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, business partners, and customers, to facilitate seamless project execution.
    2. Project Collaboration: Collaborate with business development team on new technology projects, providing assistance in executing initiatives internally as needed.
  3. Monitoring and Reporting
    1. Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring the progress of innovation initiatives, gather relevant data, and create reports to monitor key performance indicators and overall project success.
    2. Risk Identification: Proactively identify potential risks or challenges in the innovation delivery process and provide actionable recommendations to minimize disruptions.
    3. Budget Support: Assist in tracking expenditures related to innovation delivery, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and reporting variances.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field based on company's strategic initiative.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience of work experience preferably in project management, engineering or innovation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team player and high personal effectiveness
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes in priorities and requirements.
