Job Description Leads project teams, ensuring effective project delivery, and developing strategies to align the Group's objectives with its long-term vision. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders to drive innovation, optimize processes, and achieve business goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage the creation and implementation of the group's strategy in alignment with the latest CEO's top-down strategy and organizational objectives.

• Lead and direct the planning, integration, and monitoring of the BSC scorecard and ensure continuous alignment of shared KPIs and OKRs with other groups.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and present key strategic issues to CISO, other group heads, and senior leadership for further guidance and resolution.

• Ensure the organizational structure, KPIs and processes support the Globe Group level to immediately resolve high-risk issues and help deliver their security transformation initiatives

• Support group leadership and alignment of information security strategy, programs, and operations with the Board, Senior Leadership, Board Risk Oversight Committee, Domain and Tribe Council, Globe Group Council, Strategy Council, etc.

• Co-develop and oversee the implementation of key programs and initiatives and ensure that the delivery team is supported by proper resources, relevant project management processes, and tools

• Control and ensure that all programs and projects are measured, tracked, reported, and constantly aligned with the latest group's strategy and organization's threat landscape

• Oversee the group's processes, services and co-lead in design, development, and implementation of key process improvement plans, including optimization of people, process integrations, and ways of working (E.g. Privacy and Security Risk Assessment, Tech Debt, etc.)

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure continued support of the group's operational and strategic objectives through benefits and business reviews

• Manage the group's budget spending and identify opportunities to drive CapEx and OpEx efficiencies.

• Manage prioritization of programs/projects and quickly pivot resources and budget to support and address any critical privacy and security issues.

• Ensure closure of the division's audit-related findings including items that impact the group's strategy and initiatives.

KPIs:

• Timely delivery of security projects and initiatives, such as software updates, security enhancements, and data protection measures. It measures the percentage of projects completed within their specified timeframes, indicating effective project management and alignment with security objectives.

• Co-develop and oversee the implementation of key programs and initiatives and ensure that the delivery team is supported by proper resources, relevant project management processes, and tools

• Manage prioritization of programs/projects and quickly pivot resources and budget to support and address any critical privacy and security issues.
