About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at A SYSTEM INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION'. In this full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound calls and enquiries from customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Actively listening to customer concerns and working to resolve issues efficiently
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  6. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
