We're looking for an Allocations Analyst/Planning Assistant to join our team We are looking for a self-driven, analytical thinker who is comfortable operating both in detail as well as being able to see the bigger picture. This role will see you working closely with Planners, Operations, Sales, and Product Teams to ensure the optimum stock levels in stores for our customers. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create product allocations weekly based on Customer OTB requirements and internal warehouse constraints; Follow the allocations through to success, resolving issues with Customers where needed. 

• Track stock orders into our Warehouse, following up on deliveries as needed. 

• Create & Maintain Article Master Data.

• Create & Maintain Purchase Orders as per the agreed Buy Plan.

• Weekly Sales Reporting.

• Identify & resolve customer invoicing discrepancies. 

• Complete mid-season & end of season range analysis reporting.

• Ad Hoc weekly reporting based on business needs. 

• Additional tasks as required.

KEY PERFORMANCE 

• Allocations done using approved methodologies, loaded & successfully approved on time as per OTB requirements. 

• Master data accuracy. 

• Weekly Reporting ETL's met. 

• Accuracy of data. 

• Internal and External interpersonal feedback. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of Allocation experience (RETAIL eCommerce), with experience in creating allocations via Excel.

• Intermediate Excel Skillset, with experience applying skillset to Allocations and/or reporting tasks.

• Solid analytical capabilities with some experience in reporting databases.

• Prior experience in a Retail of FCMG store level role, highly desired. 

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 

• High level of problem-solving abilities, with a high level of resilience when common problems re-appear. 

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to multi-task. 

• Positive attitude and a willingness to share or embrace new ideas.
